On 12 October 2025, LMK supporter and workshop leader Troy Norbert took on the Royal Parks Half Marathon, running to raise vital funds so we can continue bringing our workshops to more young people and work towards breaking the cycle of relationship abuse. He absolutely smashed it, running it in…
We’re so proud of Troy – here are some pictures from the day and a few words from him about why he chose to run for LMK and this cause means so much to him.
“As the CEO of Victoria Hall Harrow, I see first-hand the challenges and opportunities facing young people in our community. While I was fortunate to grow up with the benefit of positive, stable relationships despite living in areas of disadvantage, I know that for many young people, this vital foundation is missing.
That’s why I’m deeply passionate about building happy lives through healthy relationships — which is precisely the transformative work Let Me Know (LMK) champions.
LMK equips young people aged 11–24 with the essential knowledge and tools they need to navigate relationships with friends, family, teachers, and partners in a safe and healthy way. This isn’t theoretical support; I’ve personally witnessed the tremendous impact of LMK’s workshops in the community and have been privileged to be trained by them on their powerful 10 Signs workshop.
Running the Royal Parks Half Marathon, following my recent personal best at The Big Half, is the least I can do to say thank you for the vital work LMK is doing to set young people up for a lifetime of well-being.”
Thank you, Troy, for your incredible support and commitment to helping young people build safe, healthy, and happy lives.
There’s still time to donate and help Troy reach his fundraising goal.
