With over 20 years experience in both public and private education sectors, Shazia is proficient at assessing organisational needs and devising bespoke pedagogical programmes. She works with both adults and young people to develop leadership skills, and enhance professional and personal growth. Shazia’s love for research and learning recently led her to pursue a Doctorate in Education and Leadership at Brunel University, London.
