Meet some of the incredible organisations supporting LMK’s mission. Without them, our work would not be possible.

Phoenix Court Works

We are so proud to be partnered with Camden-based Phoenix Court Works.

Their support goes far beyond the financial donations they make to LMK. We are also welcomed to their offices in Camden where we can work amongst other charities they support and some really inspiring individuals and start-ups. Their awesome office space was also where we recently brought our Board of Trustees together to make important decisions about our strategy.

And it’s thanks to Phoenix Court Works that we are able to keep pace with the latest developments in the world of tech. Most recently, we attended their Neighbourhood

Labs session on AI and how charities can make the best use of it.

Thank you Phoenix Court Works – we’re so proud to be part of your thriving community!

The Fore

During 2024 we are taking exciting steps to get up and running with our very first CRM! An important milestone for a young and rapidly growing charity. And it’s with huge thanks to The Fore who are supporting us with a two-year grant towards the cost of this.

In 2024, Partnerships Coordinator Elspeth Dolega-Ossowski observed one of our workshops alongside our Programme Manager Shell, and shared:

“It was a pleasure to see LMK’s workshop in action. The high engagement and lively discussion amongst the year-8 students really highlights the impact of LMK’s preventative approach. It’s incredibly important to get people from such a young age to spot the early signs of unhealthy relationships. The Fore are proud to back LMK.”

The Fore also have a thriving community of individuals supporting their partner charities with on pro bono projects. We’re excited to explore the opportunities here for LMK.

Garfield Weston Foundation

Garfield Weston Foundation first supported LMK in 2022 with a grant to support delivery of our preventative workshops across London. It was with their support that we were able to scale our delivery to 22 London boroughs in just three years since LMK was established.
In 2024, we were successful in securing a second grant from Garfield Weston Foundation, this time as a contribution to our core costs, which we are immensely grateful for.

The National Lottery Community Fund: Awards for All

In our third year (22-23), LMK launched our inclusive 10 Signs workshop which was adapted to be accessible and relatable to teens with disabilities and special educational needs – young people who are especially at risk of unhealthy and abusive relationships.
During these workshops we use adapted materials, with a format and pace that suits the young people in the room. And all of the scenarios and content were created by young people with SEND or their carers, to ensure they are recognisable and relevant to their lives. It’s with the support of The National Lottery Community Fund that we’re able to scale delivery of these inclusive modules to young people across London.

The London Community Foundation: Youth Futures Fund

We are over the moon to be receiving a three-year grant to support our small but mighty evaluation team.

The world is changing…at pace! And we want to keep up with it so that we can deliver the most relevant and impactful relationship education possible to young people growing up today. It’s thanks to the Youth Futures Fund that we can critically assess our effectiveness and develop our offering in line with what young people are telling us through the feedback that we collect. We’re also excited to develop ways of continually monitoring the longer-term impact of our workshops…watch this space!

Mrs Smith & Mount Trust

In 2023, the Mrs Smith & Mount Trust granted LMK a three year core grant to support growth in our delivery across London.

We’re so grateful for this generous multi-year commitment, as we work hard to balance the interest from existing schools and community groups for LMK to return, and our desire to expand into new communities.

We were also over the moon to welcome Trustees to our March 2024 Strategy evening, where young people, staff, delivery partners and other funders came together to better understand LMK’s impact and imagine where we might go in the next cycle of our strategy.
