Kianu has been working as a facilitator, producer and programme manager for over five years.
She has worked on youth and community projects promoting social mobility, and supporting vulnerable individuals from diverse backgrounds and with multiple needs, through mentoring, coaching and workshop facilitation.
In 2018, Kianu set up a social enterprise in Hackney empowering underrepresented young people through mentoring, career pathways, and providing access to industry opportunities.
