Lu is an experienced and passionate youth worker and facilitator. She currently works as an LGBTQ+ Youth Worker in a mental health service, designing and facilitating one-to-one support and group workshops on mental health, relationships, gender, sexuality and identity. Lu also delivers training on LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Intersectionality, primarily to mental health professionals and psychotherapists. Lu has a background in mentoring, and visual anthropology and has been involved in setting up community projects including a youth group for Latin American young people in London and a mutual aid food project. Her approach is warm, collaborative, intersectional and creative.
