They are responsible for designing and evaluating our workshops, engaging with our partners and all the functions that keep the charity on track, such as finance and IT.

Shelly KhaledProgramme Manager

Shelly Khaled

Programme Manager

Shelly brings over 18 years experience of working in the youth sector, most recently at Think Forward an organistaion that gets young people ready for the world of work, but also in secondary schools, youth offending teams and victim support. He is passionate about empowering others to reach their potential and brings lived experience as well as a purpose driven approach to all his work with young people. Shelly holds various voluntary positions including as a Trustee of the Garden Classroom and as a Governor of a primary school in Enfield.

Eleanor Davies Lawley

Professional Development and Participation

Eleanor Davies Lawley led the strategy to engage marginalised students from PRUs, Alternative Provisions and SEND schools with the Mayor of London's social action programme, and now works in participation with young women in England and Wales living on little or no pay. She has worked and volunteered on the National Domestic Abuse Helpline since 2019 and is passionate about domestic abuse prevention.

Charlotte brings over 15 years of fundraising experience to LMK and has a passion for growing philanthropy and individual giving. As a strategist and creative thinker, she has enabled charities to grow their income sustainably, often under challenging circumstances. Charlotte has joined the team at an exciting time and she is determined to develop LMK's fundraising capacity, enabling more young people to access our life-changing workshops.

Relationship and Engagement Manager

Rosie brings over 10 years experience in the charity sector as a Volunteer Coordinator, Fundraising Administrator, and Donor Relations Manager across a range of charities. Outside of work, she has volunteered with a range of women’s rights organisations and campaigns covering issues related to VAWG, bodily autonomy, affordable childcare and strong maternity/paternity leave. A committed craftivist, she runs a weekly online stitch up connecting fiber artists and craftivists from the UK, US, Canada and Europe.

Anna OlliffeResearch and Evaluation Manager

Anna Olliffe

Research and Evaluation Manager

Anna has worked in the third sector for 15 years, both in international development and with UK based charities. She has been privileged to partner with people from a range of nationalities, ages and abilities to support them to tell their stories, express their needs and advocate for the services they deserve. Most recently she spent 8 years at Mencap where, amongst other things, she was working with project managers to further develop accessible methods of qualitative data collection. Anna is passionate about high quality social research and is fascinated by the challenge of ensuring that research and evaluation are rigorous, engaging and fully inclusive. In her spare time she volunteers as a Brownie Leader and with young people through her local Salvation Army.

Melina worked in Film & Music licensing before joining the charity sector and is experienced in partnership acquisition and management of events. She has volunteered and worked in various capacities supporting causes she is passionate about including refugees, young people, and environmental causes.

Clare HoddinottTeam Coordinator

Clare Hoddinott

Team Coordinator

Clare is an experienced team coordinator and project lead who has worked in both the creative industries and the charity sector. She was Referrals Coordinator and Participation Lead in the counselling & psychotherapy service at the Brandon Centre, a young people’s charity in Camden, for around seven years. More recently Clare has been freelancing as a professional photographer. In 2018, she was one of nine photographers working on the Tate Year 3 Project, an inspirational artwork by renowned artist/filmmaker.

Laura HastieSocial Media Manager

Laura Hastie

Social Media Manager

Laura has worked in the charity sector for 18 years in a variety of campaigning, fundraising, communications and marketing roles, most recently specialising in digital engagement at Mind. She is passionate about mental health, disability rights and social justice issues; including access to justice, and is a trustee of a local law centre and a part-time law student.
