Anna has worked in the third sector for 15 years, both in international development and with UK based charities. She has been privileged to partner with people from a range of nationalities, ages and abilities to support them to tell their stories, express their needs and advocate for the services they deserve. Most recently she spent 8 years at Mencap where, amongst other things, she was working with project managers to further develop accessible methods of qualitative data collection. Anna is passionate about high quality social research and is fascinated by the challenge of ensuring that research and evaluation are rigorous, engaging and fully inclusive. In her spare time she volunteers as a Brownie Leader and with young people through her local Salvation Army.
