Chloe brings over 20 years of experience in education, including 12 years in senior leadership roles as Assistant Headteacher and Headteacher, supporting young people and their families across ages 4–16. More recently, she worked as Curriculum Associate for a large Multi-Academy Trust.
Her experience spans primary and secondary schools as well as Pupil Referral Units and governance across all three sectors. As designated teacher for Looked After Children, Chloe acted as the key point of contact for young people in care, carers, social workers and local authorities.
Chloe has extensive experience managing complex safeguarding cases involving health services, social care and the police and has served as an Interim Foster Carer.
Chloe is deeply passionate about supporting young people and bringing organisations together to help them thrive.
