Deirdre joined LMK from YoungMinds where she held the roles of Interim Co-CEO and Director of Training and Services. She has worked in the charity sector for more than 20 years, has a Master’s degree in Social Policy and brings a wealth of experience in leadership roles: delivering impactful services, leading organisational development, and driving charity ambassadorship. Deirdre previously held senior roles in service delivery at Versus Arthritis and Diabetes UK and in fundraising and change management at NSPCC.
